【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestolerancesondimensionsandformofextrudedprecisionprofiles,inalloysENAW-6060andENAW-6063manufacturedwithandwithoutathermalbarrier(seeFigures1and2).Itappliestoextrudedproductssuppliedwithoutfurthersurfacetreatment.PrecisionprofilescoveredinthisstandardaredistinguishedfromextrudedprofilesforgeneralapplicationscoveredinEN755-9bythefollowingcharacteristics:?theyaremainlyforarchitecturalapplications;?theymeetmorestringentrequirementsregardingthesurfaceconditionofvisiblesurfaces;?themaximumdiameterofthecircumscribingcircleCDis350mm;?theyaremadetoclosertolerancesondimensionsandform.Inthecaseofprofileswhich,duetothecomplexityoftheirdesign,aredifficulttomanufactureandspecify,thenspecialagreementsbetweensupplierandpurchasermayneedtobereached.NOTETheeffectofthethermalbarriermaterialonthedimensionaltolerancesiscoveredbythisdocumentalthoughtheactualthermalbarriermaterialitselfisnot(seeEN14024).
