【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesguidanceconcerningtheproceduresforsettingupavalidsamplingstrategytomeettheobjectivesofamonitoringstrategyforGMMsreleasedintotheenvironment.Sincemonitoringmethodsofmicro-organismsinenvironmentalsamplesusuallyrequirepre-treatmentofthesamples,forexampletheextractionandisolationofGMMsand/ortheirnucleicacid,thisisincludedinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThesamplingistoprovidematerialtowhichsubsequentanalyticalorbiologicalmethodsformonitoringofGMMscanbeapplied(seeEN12685).ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtoaddresssamplingofmicro-organisms,includingviruses(andtheirrelevanthosts),ortheirnucleicacid.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover—thesamplingofvirus-likeentitiesorsimilaragents;—thesamplingofGMMsinfood,humanhealthandveterinaryapplications.NOTEAttentionisdrawntonational,Europeanandinternationalregulations,andrelevantstandardscoveringthesamplingofGMMsinfood,humanhealthandveterinaryapplications.ThisEuropeanStandardcanbeappliedtosamplingofGMMsinallhabitatsandmicro-environmentsasrequiredtomeetthedefinedexperimentalobjectives.Themodeofsamplingandthenatureofthesamplesaredependentontheparticularpurpose.ThereforethisEuropeanStandardprovidestheexperimenterwithalistofguidingparametersthatshouldbeconsideredindeterminingthevalidityoftheproposedstrategyforsampling.
